Kera-Coat researches, designs and produces advanced ceramic coatings for metal substrates that withstand extreme environments such as high pressure, temperature, dirt, chemical agents and abrasion.

Tubacoat S.L., is dedicated to the technical and industrial development of custom ceramic coatings applied to nickel and steel alloy pipes. It had its origins in CIDETEC Surface Engineering and is currently an associate company of the Tubacex Group.

OBS is a company created by MAIER for the design and manufacture of battery components, mainly BMS (Battery Management Systems) aimed at electrification of the mobility sector, as well as the storage of electricity in renewable energies. CIDETEC, MAIER’s technological partner for more than 20 years, is a shareholder of the company and is also its technological partner.
The skin’s requirements vary from day to day and from person to person. Emissary has a patented encapsulation technology, based on polypeptides, that identifies the needs of each skin type, modulating the activity of the capsules to provide maximum effectiveness. This technology aligns with the latest trends in personalized cosmetics, enabling the release of active ingredients in either an accelerated or sustained manner, depending on the specific needs of the skin.

It offers an agile and flexible service, aimed at material manufacturers, OEMs, technologists, battery manufacturers and niche applications.

LANZO Batteries is a company created by CIDETEC for the manufacture of batteries for the aerospace sector. It was set up with the vocation of developing and manufacturing battery packs that are competitive in pricing, delivery time and classification. The added value of LANZO is to incorporate COTS (spin-in) technologies from the automotive sector for space systems.

KUDEBATT is a new company born from the collaboration between Grupo Hondaner and CIDETEC in 2025. It is dedicated to the comprehensive management of recycling and second-life reuse of lithium-ion cells, modules, and storage systems.
