The course was held in Zaragoza from 16 to 20 January and was attended by a dozen European experts.
CIDETEC was represented by Larraitz Añorga who, in addition to participating in a round table on research applications and their implementation at industrial levels, presented the paper “Case study from research to development: the development of a disposable electrochemical biosensors based on silk-screen technology for the detection of malic acid in wine. ”
The course was designed to provide information on modern biosensors, their parameters, possibilities and limitations, as well as emerging technologies for their manufacturing. The profile of the participants corresponded to those of industrial professionals and public institutions with responsibilities in matters of security and food quality.
