CIDETEC has successfully passed the TISAX assessment

This framework ensures that sensitive and critical information remains secure when exchanged between automotive organisations.

The centre is at the forefront of the Basque Network of Science, Technology and Innovation (RVCTI).

CIDETEC has successfully passed the TISAX reference certification (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) at its highest evaluation level (AL3) and with the most demanding objectives. This was achieved by including information security both in the prototyping phase and in the management of the associated data. TISAX is an international reference standard that incorporates the essential principles of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security standard, adapting them to the specific requirements of the automotive sector with the ultimate goal of ensuring the protection of information in the face of growing security threats.

By passing this assessment, CIDETEC has managed to integrate the TISAX requirements within its Integrated Management System, positioning itself as a pioneer in the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network (RVCTI). This achievement reinforces CIDETEC’s commitment to excellence and security. It provides its customers with the assurance that it has implemented the most advanced practices in information security management, guaranteeing the safe and reliable handling of information and contributing to the strengthening of trust in collaborations within the automotive industry.
