On September 4 the joint workshop “EMIRI-EARPA Battery 2030+” took place in Brussels in which the main lines of the advanced battery roadmap for the next decade were presented for discussion.
Within the framework of this meeting, Elixabete Ayerbe, on behalf of CIDETEC Energy Storage, presented the chapter on Battery Design and Manufacturing, related to concepts of modeling, artificial intelligence and machine learning applied to the design and manufacture of the batteries of the future.
Additionally, September 23 was set as the date for the celebration of the Battery 2030+ meeting in Brussels, which will be attended by all partners involved in the initiative, including CIDETEC Energy Storage, in order to discuss the current status of the Roadmap and new R&D actions, as well as the next steps in the large-scale battery research initiative.
