M30 iModBatt PROGRESS MEETING

The fifth technical progress meeting of iModBatt took place online due to the COVID-19 restrictions on the 15th of May 2020. This time we decided to compress the discussion in one only longer working day. At this moment the project is close to the end, so the main discussions were focused on the assembly of the BPs and further testing activities.

As usually, in these meetings, part of the day was used to summarize the work performed in the last 6 months in each WP. After these short highlights of each WP, the main discussion started by following the monitoring tool, we created to check the ongoing of the pending actions per WP. The debate began with the review of the exploitable results (ER) and contribution of each partner to those ER. This is one of the core activities till the end of the project, indeed. Then, most of the time was used to check the situation of some missing parts for the BP assembly, update on the BP assembly activity and review of the module tests, as well as arrangement of the next BP tests. On the other hand, once the bill of materials is clear, a more detailed analysis of the LCA can be conducted and was discussed; the second life use cases, reuse and recycling means were presented and analyzed. Next steps in the project and agreements were achieved during the day.
