CIDETEC Energy Storage is leading the green and digitalrevolution of European gigafactories with the GIGABAT project

Researchers from CIDETEC Energy Storage, Lucas Moreno and Iker Boyano, present the groundbreaking GIGABAT project. This ambitious initiative, coordinated by CIDETEC, aims to boost battery production in Europe by increasingmanufacturing capacity and reducing environmental impact. To achieve this, new technology will be developed and testedat CIDETEC Energy Storage’s pilot plant. In this way, European gigafactories aim to position themselves at the globalforefront, ahead of external competitors.
